Sherry Hamilton, an associate with the firm, handles a variety of franchise, trademark infringement and vertical distribution matters.
Prior to joining Mulcahy LLP, Sherry was a member of the government contracts division of a Washington, D.C. based law firm where she focused her practice on litigation, class actions and transactional and policy matters affecting the automotive industry. She has experience advising both manufacturers and dealers with issues regarding franchise disputes and a wide variety of regulatory matters, including issues regarding product distribution.
Sherry graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Missouri Western State College, cum laude. She is currently a member of the California State Bar, the Kansas State Bar, and the District of Columbia Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
