Jim believed then, and still does now, that there is a strong market need for a niche franchise and distribution law firm with both “inside counsel” and national “outside counsel” experience.

If litigation becomes necessary, we have significant experience trying cases, and we are always ready to proceed to trial if need be. We believe the best way to achieve an early and favorable resolution to a matter is to be ready, willing and able to take it to trial.
