In Mesri v. Home Franchise Concepts, Inc., et al., Mulcahy LLP represented franchisor Home Franchise Concepts, Inc. against a disgruntled former employee asserting statutory claims for religious discrimination, race discrimination and wrongful termination. The case, originally filed by the employee in California Superior Court, was moved to arbitration with JAMS following Mulcahy LLP's motion to compel arbitration. The case was dismissed with prejudice in June 2010.
