An attorney with Mulcahy LLP since 2009, Jodi Meyers handles a variety of franchise, antitrust, trademark infringement and vertical distribution matters.

Prior to joining Mulcahy LLP, Jodi was selected and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Ruth McGregor of the Arizona Supreme Court. While clerking, she researched and analyzed a variety of complex civil litigation matters at issue in cases granted review by the Court and prepared draft opinions for the Court. Following her clerkship, Jodi worked at a small business litigation firm in Orange County where she managed all aspects of pre-trial work including hearings, discovery and motions.

Jodi, who holds a B.S. in Chemistry, a B.A. in Political Science, and a M.S. in Forensic Science, graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. During her law school career, she was a Senior Editor for the Jurimetrics Journal where she published an article on the admissibility standard for scientific evidence.

Jodi is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in California.
