Kyle Martin, an associate with the firm, handles a variety of matters in the areas of franchise, antitrust and vertical distribution. He has drafted dispositive motions in federal and state courts in California, and assisted in discovery in multiple federal and state court actions.

Prior to joining Mulcahy LLP, Kyle was an associate in the government contracts and business and finance groups of a Washington, D.C. law firm. While there, Kyle assisted large, publicly traded clients in responding to subpoenas from various United States Attorneys and the United States Department of Justice. Kyle also negotiated licensing agreements for Fortune 500 technology companies and small to midsize development-stage companies, including negotiating agreements in connection with a multi-billion dollar FCC-mandated spectrum reconfiguration.

Kyle graduated from University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and received his undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University, magna cum laude. He is currently a member of the Virginia Bar, and his admission to the State Bar of California is pending.
